We are looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Clerical work including answering phones, emails, opening and distributing mail, filing, scanning, etc.
- Match invoices with related receipts
- Check invoices for any discrepancies
- AP Data Entry (process invoices, ensure that correct account codes are used and required signatures obtained.)
- Research and assist vendors with invoices and payment status
- Perform detailed and accurate data entry
- Working directly with owner and assisting other departments, as needed
- Other duties and responsibilities the Company may establish from time to time.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience
- Knowledge of Quickbooks
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
