We are looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Clerical work including answering phones, emails, opening and distributing mail, filing, scanning, etc.
  • Match invoices with related receipts
  • Check invoices for any discrepancies
  • AP Data Entry (process invoices, ensure that correct account codes are used and required signatures obtained.)
  • Research and assist vendors with invoices and payment status
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry 
  • Working directly with owner and assisting other departments, as needed
  • Other duties and responsibilities the Company may establish from time to time.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience
  • Knowledge of  Quickbooks
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
