Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to Owner
 

Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant wanted to join our team! 
You will be an integral part of the Company’s core group working directly with Management as it relates
to Company Financials and forecasting.  
 Oversight of the company financial data
 Query Analytical Reports from System as needed
 Meet and update Owners regarding financials
 Compliance / Maintenance / Accurate Bookkeeping
 Monthly Sales Tax electronic reporting Florida Department of Revenue
 Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
 Review Daily financial entries and reconciliations
 Monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, record payments and adjustments.
 Biweekly Employee Payroll
 Submission of electronic payroll tax payments
 Communicate directly with CPA regarding Bank reconciliations and any information as needed
 Experience with Quickbooks Premier
Job Type: Full-time Monday thru Friday
Starting Pay: Starting Pay: TBD and will be based on experience and skill set
