Fitness International Associates is a fitness equipment reseller in the Miami/Hialeah area. We are rapidly expanding and are seeking a part time assistant 9 am - 2pm Monday through Friday to be a part of our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage manager's calendar/make appointments
- Should have knowledge of Excel/Word
- Answer incoming calls to the office (few calls daily).
- Translation of documents from English to Spanish, if needed.
- Research for manager
- Greet and escort clients to appropriate office (Admin or Manager’s office).
- Work closely with Administrative Assistant
- Handle logistics (incoming & outgoing inventory)
- Manage travel schedule (book flights and hotels)
- Bilingual (verbal and written), applicant must be fluent in Spanish
- Have a pleasant and professional manner
- Proficient in MS Office including Excel (use of formulas), Word and Outlook
- Organized with capacity to prioritize daily office procedures and tasks
- Able to work independently
Reliable, punctual in both work and coming to work. Must have reliable transportation.
