Plan the allocation of resources and develop policies and procedures consistent with the organization's mission goals. Implement and train staff to identify appropriate installation materials, its use, safety measures depending on each project. Procure appropriate tools, safety gear, and installation materials for each type of project. Select, and assign staff in a manner consistent with scope of services provided. Coordinate the standardization of supplies and equipment within the organization. Provide constant orientation and training to staff to improve skills and performance. Monitor and verify supplies pipeline to ensure it fully supports according to company's requirements. Resolve supplier performance issues, where needed, with Supplier Corrective Actions to ensure zero-defect quality. Review customer requests and provide guide to estimate products, material and time estimation.
Requires at least four years of experience working as Operations Manager in Company in the floor installation sector.
