Our client, a pacesetter and well established local institution providing service and educational opportunities in Greensboro, NC is seeking a full-time Office Support Associate to join its team. This position will provide administrative, finance and marketing support across various departments. The position requires the ability to supervise others. The successful candidate will be an individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, interest in growing with the company to include potential movement into upper management and ability to be flexible with ever changing roles.
Requirements include:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred 3 years of related office support experience to include supervision responsibilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to troubleshoot
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
