Software House; Exacquivision;
American Dynamics; D-Net;
Kantech; Control ID; Hanwha.
Administrative management
(monthly results analysis, cash flow).
Creation of commercial proposals
for U.S. and Brazilian clients;
Participation in weekly forecast
meetings in the U.S Branch and
Headquarters in Brazil; Support the
commercial team. Mapping of
national and international sales
opportunities, by analyzing business
opportunities, strategic management,
sales potential. Follow up with
clientele to see their demands and to
close sales. Generate sales
performances and Key process
analysis (KPI), develop new projects
and presentations using Excel.
Creation and implementation of
E-Commerce; Implement MSPR
pricing policy for the companys
online platforms; Create sales
reports.Use of the following software
to perform duties: QuickBooks
(for quotes, sales, financial and
payroll), Salesforce (to track forecast
of proposals and quotes), Mannesoft
(database), Microsoft Team (meeting
tool to contact clients, employees
and management); Knowledge of the
following software: QuickBooks,
Salesforce, Mannesoft. Knowledge
of Microsoft products, Microsoft
