Responsible for managing, planning, organizing, directing and evaluating all phases of the menu offered in our restaurant. Organize well-balanced menus prepared and served with our restaurant's nutrition standards. Responsible for managing food service operations and ensure food safety. Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of kitchen equipment. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas. Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, preparation method/time, ingredients, sauces, portion size, garnishes, presentation and prices. Supervise, train and direct employees to ensure appropriate nutritional intake and customer satisfaction. Maintain current knowledge and conformance with our restaurant's meals policies and procedures.
Requires an Associate's Degree in Dietetics and Nutrition. Delirio Investment Group LLC.
