Dean Mitchell Restoration, Inc. is a premier mitigation, restoration and construction firm. We are located at 3725 Investment Lane, Riviera Beach, FL 33404. We are looking for an experienced Home Maintenance Supervisor based in Riviera Beach, FL.
Job Requirements:
- 3 years of paid experience in home maintenance and repair.
- 3 years in mitigation and restoration.
- 1 year using Workbook Software.
- A clean driving record is required (no DUI or suspended license) and pass a background check before being hired.
- 1 year of experience in customer service.
- 1 year of experience removing biohazard residuals.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and assist as needed all facets of home cleaning, repair and maintenance.
- Submit daily job status updates and reports via our job management software.
- Maintains a safe and legal work environment by following safety procedures, hazardous material restrictions, and building codes, using personal protective equipment and clothing, and following proper procedures for using roofing equipment.
- Supervises home cleaning and repair technicians and construction subcontractors, manages their schedules and ensures a high degree of productivity.
- Address any concerns with management.
- Meets with existing clients at their home residence.
- Maintains accurate client notes, calls, documentation, and interactions with clients within our systems.
- Follow up with clients, home cleaning and repair technicians and sub-contractors the day before work is to be completed.
- Obtains customer acceptance and approval on finished jobs through the signed certificate of completion.
- Completes Quality Control Checklists on every job and submits data according to the quality program processes.
- Ensures home cleaning and repair technicians and subcontractors are properly equipped with tools, equipment and supplies needed to properly complete their work.
- Pick up & return materials.
- Maintain inventory logs and incident reports.
- Resolves customer issues related to production.
- Creates and manage budgets for job and monitors expenses.
- Help find, hire, and manage subcontractors.
- Use excellent social and speaking skills to speak with customers, insurance companies, and adjusters via phone and email in a timely manner and acts as a liaison between them.
- Create and communicates job timeline and execute it accordingly.
- Clearly communicates project scope and budget to subcontractors, property owners and adjusters.
