DBK Concepts, founded in 1988, is a family owned, National Technology Company in the West Kendall area of Miami (near Tamiami airport). We are currently seeking (2) positions: 

• Help Desk Technician 

• Customer Service Representative

Help Desk Support Agent Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for troubleshooting issues that arise with our customer owned mobile devices - Analyze symptoms, troubleshoot, and resolve problems 

• Utilize tools for remote access (using Soti Mobile Device Management Software) into customer systems to determine root cause, make recommendations and resolve issues 

• Demonstrate a professional phone manner and presence with a customer-focused attitude toward issue resolution 

• Assists with hardware support to customers, conducts remote installations and/or system upgrades, as needed.

Customer Support Representative Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Perform customer service tasks 

• respond to customer inquiries / manage the day to day of customer activity / create customer specific reporting, etc. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience 

• Strong communication and grammar skills 

• English as a first language 

• must be able to speak English clearly and have good grammar 

• Very Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs, including Excel 

• Ability to multi-task / very detail oriented
