Manage the day to day operations of the facility including staff management, customer and employee issues as needed. Recommend and implement policies and procedures. Ensure safety and security protocols are properly maintained. Create customer first environment by offering unique and innovative solutions to customer's needs while maintaining company standards for policy, quality and service. Review of both revenue and costs on a monthly basis for accuracy and opportunities. Hire, train and develop staff to meet company guidelines.
Assist in audit of facility to confirm and enforce compliance with internal procedures as well as accordance with regulations. Build relationships with members and sellers to manage customer satisfaction. Lead and motivate personnel to provide quality service to all customers in a timely manner. Maintain quality standards by ensuring effective supervision and inspecting work. Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and staff as needed. Administer safety and environmental program in the service area.
Requires at least four years' experience working as Operations Manager in an Auto Sales company.
