Sales Manager
Sales Manager Lead company auto parts sales team. Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans. Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current supply and demand, economic indicators, and competitors. Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationships with them.
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Lead and motivate personnel to provide quality service to all customers in a timely manner. Requires at least four years' experience working as sales manager in auto repair or auto part sales industry.
