CTE Watch Co is a watch and accessory import/export and distribution company located in Dania, FL. The company operates in the United States, Caribbean, Cruise Ships, and Duty Free territories. CTE Watch Co offers a wide range of timepieces and accessories to customers in various markets.
Role Description
The admin assistant will perform various duties including but not limited to:
- Manage customer databases and update them regularly
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials and presentations
- Provide input into the development of sales strategies and targets
- Analyze sales data and reports, and identify sales patterns and trends
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products or services
- Assist in the planning and organizing of sales events and campaigns
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite a plus
- Experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus.
- QuickBooks knowledge a plus
