Clean tables, remove dirty dishes, replace soiled table linens; set tables; replenish the supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, & dishes; supply service bar w/ food; serve items such as water, condiments, & coffee to patrons. Stand & bend repetitively during shift. Able to lift 50 lbs. Min 35 hrs/wk up to poss 40 hrs per wk. Open 7 days/wk. 8.5 hr shifts b/w 5:30a-11p (sample shift: 5:30a – 2:00p, 30 min unpaid break). Hrs/shifts vary w/ occupancy. $10.27/hr. Allowed tip credit applied per FLSA guidelines to meet the prevailing wage. Employer guar prevailing wage for hrs worked when allowed tip credit doesn’t make hourly wage equal/exceed $10.27/hr. Poss increased wage/addtl pay w/exp, performance, tenure. OT may be avail, not guar @ $15.41/hr. Single workweek used for computing wages. Biweekly pay. Employer will make all deductions from workers' paycheck reqd by law & deduct approved cost of housing, Medical/Dental/Vision, long-term/short-term disability & life ins if work elects. Optional employ only shared housing, approx $175/wk + approx $200 dep. Utilities/basic cable/internet incl. Optional Medical/Dental/Vision approx. $61.32 - $130.66 per paycheck, depending on coverage. Optional employ long term disability approx .00120¢ per monthly earnings/short term disability approx .01808¢ per wkly salary, biweekly costs. Life ins prem .42¢ - $3.38 based on age group/coverage selected. Optional employs onsite parking provided rate $17.07 biweekly. Parking transponder (onsite lot entry), 1 time $10 non-refundble fee. Wrksite w/in walking dist of the public bus stop. Emplyr provds wrkr @ no charge all tools, supplies, equip reqd to prfrm job. Reqd uniform provided. Opt 1 meal (salad bar) prov’d per shift. Employer guar to offer work for hrs equal to @ least 3/4 of the workdays in each 12-wk period of the total employment period. Worker reimb visa/border fees in 1st workweek & approved travel expense w/in 1st pay period. Transport costs (incl meals, lodging if NEC) to a place of employment arranged & paid for directly if work completes 1/2 the employment period. Return transp provided if work completes the employment period or dismissed early. Rcpts reqd.
