Finance Manager

Coconut Creek Auto Mall is now hiring for our High Volume dealership! Great Opportunity! 

About the Role:

The Finance Manager works with lenders to obtain financing approval and completes all vehicle purchase and associated paperwork during the purchase or lease of a vehicle. They are also expected to provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers with products and services offered to protect their vehicle afterwards. In addition this individual is responsible for tracking and collecting receivables.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate financing options and prepare documentation.
• Ensure that all finance paperwork is fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines prior to submitting completed documentation to lenders for approval.
• Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Fully proficient with title laws and registration process.
• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
• Submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals.
• Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals.
• Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts

Required Experience: 2 years in Auto Dealership
