Police Officer Opening
The City of Colstrip is taking applications for (one) full-time Police Officer.
The successful candidate must be able to work 12 hour shifts, to include nights, weekends and holidays. Candidates must also be able to successfully complete the Montana Law Enforcement Academy Basic Course within one year of hire, a pre-employment drug screening and background check, psychological examination, pre-employment fitness test, a mandatory 1 year probationary period and enroll with the Montana Public Employees Association-Colstrip Police bargaining unit. Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. Starting salary depends on experience but no less than $22.72 per hour.
