Seeking person with excellent interpersonal/team and customer service skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Ability to utilize Quickbooks is a bonus. Duties include: answering phones, calling and emailing clients, maintaining office schedule and materials inventory, meetings with clients, receiving supplies and materials, preparing company marketing information.
