Centre Oral & Facial Surgery, a AAAHC accredited oral & maxillofacial surgery practice in State College, is
accepting resumes for a Patient Care Coordinator. We are seeking a caring, self-motivated,
detail-oriented team member, who can multi-task and enjoys working with patients and families.
The Patient Care Coordinator job description includes surgical treatment planning, medical and dental
insurance determination, medical and dental claim filing, reviewing insurance claims and refiling as
necessary, maintaining patient accounts receivables and handling patient calls concerning proposed
treatment and insurance questions. The Patient Care Coordinator responsibilities also include checking
out patients, collecting in office payments as well as balancing charges and payments at the end of the
day.
