Estimator

Estimator (Doral, FL) sought by Steel Construction co. with exp. in all of the following: (i) assessing cost effectiveness of materials, projects and services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops, (ii) maintaining communication with clients, vendors, project personnel, and construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues, and (iii) preparing and reviewing material takeoffs to measure quantities and determine costs. Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Engineering related field (or foreign equiv.) + 2Y exp. in the job duties. No travel or lang. fluency req.
