Pantry Cook: among other duties:
Refers to Daily Prep List at the start of each shift for assigned duties.
• Prepares and stocks all items necessary for the salad and dessert stations.
• Portions food products according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
• Prepares all salad orders.
• Prepares all dessert orders.
• Handles, stores, labels and rotates all food products properly.
Breakfast Cook - Experience with high volume breakfast
Food Runners: - Experience Preferred - Full or Part Time - Must be able to Read & Communicate in English
Servers: You must have experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment. Applicant should have good customer service skills, a pleasant personality, be detailed orientated, team player, be able to multi-task and have lots of energy.
Requirements - Minimum 2 years Full Service Restaurant Experience Required - Outgoing, sincere, and lively personality Required - Dedicated Professional with Strong Work Ethic Required - Exceptional ability to execute World Class Guest Service Standards Required - Good Computer Skills helpful - Fine Wine & Spirits knowledge helpful - Must be available to work weekends- Commitment to perfection and genuine passion for hospitality
