Forensics and Advisory Services Manager

Berkowitz Pollack Brant Advisors + CPAs LLP in Miami, FL seeks a Forensics and Advisory Services Manager who will provide guidance in the field of forensic accounting, investigation and forensic accounting services. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to uncover irregularities, fraud or financial misconduct within an organization. Lead financial investigations to gather information related to financial crimes, disputes or regulatory compliance issues. Develop strategies and implement measures to prevent and detect fraudulent activities within an organization. Provide litigation support in financial and accounting matters. Offer strategic financial advice to clients, such as business valuation, risk assessment and financial planning. Ensure that organizations adhere to relevant laws, regulations and industry standards. Utilize advanced data analysis techniques and tools to identify patterns, trends and anomalies with financial data. Oversee team of professionals, which may include forensic accountants, investigators and analysts. Present findings, analysis and recommendations to clients, legal teams and regulatory authorities.
