Job Description
Seeking a full time Office Administrator for a busy architectural firm.
In this role, you will provide administrative support for the principals of the firm as well as the project managers, human resource support such as timekeeping, organizing/tracking benefits and insurances, scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing monthly invoices, accounts payable and receivable, book keeping using Quickbooks Software, ordering supplies, answering telephones, receiving, preparing and submitting Requests for Qualifications/ Proposals, marketing, and client relations.
- Requirements:
3+ years of experience in the architecture/ construction industry (desirable but not required) - Microsoft Office
- Excel
- Quickbooks
- Experience with RFQ’s and RFP’s (desirable but not required)
- Multi-tasking
- Marketing skills a plus
- Additional computer skills a plus (photoshop, power point)
- Must be well spoken, driven, and have excellent communication skills.
- Bilingual - English/Spanish (desirable but not required)
