ADP, LLC seeks an Implementation Manager at our Miami, FL location to support & implement ADP Streamline & oversee client implement service.
Bachelors degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field plus 3 years of experience required.
Experience must include:
• In-country payroll implement experience with multiple country payrolls;
• BPO, human resources and payroll global market and developments, include.
• BPO knowledge & trending;
• Assessing & pushing original changes on clients & computer side;
• Resolving customer inquiries & escalated issue tickets at mid to executive level;
• Building and overseeing high preferred operational teams;
• Acting as liaison with various internal & external contacts;
• Developing and maintaining SLAs with larger Global clients;
• Building inputs for the operating plan & executing on implement target;
• BPI to execute BPI targets in the region; & NPS structures to create improvement of client satisfaction.
