Analyze data and communicate the actionable and strategic implications for 4H Logistics in key areas such as industry trends, market size, competitor capabilities, customer buying criteria, purchase process, price sensitivity, channel requirements, and technology. Prepare both oral and written communication and reports which are both standardized and unique to the specific business unit specifications. Analyze financial statements, economic reports and market reports. Improve organization structure by recommending new personnel policies. Guarantee the development of personnel in line with business needs. Designs policies and procedures for personnel training and development. Requires a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with Marketing background or alternatively a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with at least two years of experience in market research. 4H Logistics LLC.
